Our exercise area is equipped with the items you'll need to keep your fitness schedule going during your stay at Turneffe Flats.

For those who don't get enough exercise wading the flats, diving or snorkeling, we have an exercise area available at anytime. For runners, a quarter mile route around the compound makes a reasonably nice area to run.
